Its also not hard to understand that there is a place titled "trading block" where...you guessed it...TRADES are made. Thats where you should be making your demands from.

Uh...he was never a free agent. Check his game log. He's still on the same team he was on at the start of season 4. If you see when this thread was started...it was 3 days ago: Season 4 Day 4.

Plus...he is asking to be traded. Anyone saying they sent him an offer is lying or sent someone else an offer. Either way, they would be a douche.
