IMO, Auto Adjust doesn't help at all if you have spent a lot of time scouting and can find key weaknesses. When I look and look and look and can't find any weaknesses I use between 10-25%. I've also found that when playing an opponent as good or better than yours that it especially doesn't help. I could be wrong though. What do you guys think?

Not necessarily. Just because you know what your opponent does doesn't mean that you know what they will do against you. Surprisingly, they also scout your team, and guess what you will do.

That being said, I haven't used it this season, but for other reasons.

I always keep it on 5%.

It depends. If we have a personnel advantage, we'll set it kinda high. If we have a specific game plan where we need to try to exploit one area to have a shot, it goes down.

I support Auto-Adjust.

I have my reasons, we'll see how things pan out.
