Does it just tell you what the chances are something will happen based on an input? because i could tell you that just by looking at my regular tactics.

Its a way to make sure the input is doing what you want it to on the given situation. Also could be used to solve 'what, why did we do this here?' type problems teams have been having.

Say you set up a go for it on 4th down when trailing in the fourth quarter, you could select the appropriate down, quarter, distance and score and see if the input you created is being implemented.

If you see your offense do something odd during the game (like my team going for it on 4th and 3 on their own 4 yard line), you can input that scenario into the tester and see what it's reading. In my case, my third and short tactic was set for downs 1-4 instead of 3-3, so it was being called on 4th and short as well.
