Warrior General Games

Like the name says, after this season, the Elves probably won't look quite the same anymore and I want to make sure one of the teams I'm running is a real contender, so I'm going to start early

I've talked to a few people via PMs already, either way, if you're interested, post here. If I haven't talked to you yet, don't take it as a slight: I may either think you'd have no interest in it or not know you yet.

Here's what I'm looking for in a team:

1) You MUST be active. This is a team game, I want everyone on the team to take part in talking strategy, pre/post game fun, and both be willing to help teammates with player builds and take constructive criticism.

2) I'd like each person to have multiple positions on the team. Why? Well, some positions are glamorous, some are not, and I don't want anyone to either be left out of the fun of stats or be a total stat-whore.

3) Understand the team comes first. Sometimes we'll run, sometimes we'll pass, I can almost guarantee no one will lead the league in any 1 stat on my team, but everyone should have their players towards the top in most categories.

4) Have fun

So I'm demanding all this, what do I offer? I have a pretty prominent role in the Elves (who haven't lost since week 2) and since I took over the Pushovers, we've gone from the last place team in the league to being in the playoffs and only have 1 loss: The Nasty.

If you're interested in having a larger role in the organization, I'm also looking to have a few "unofficial" positions (unless B&D implement any of them ):

-General Manager, in charge of seeking out the best talent, working out trades, signing FA's, etc. Really, the guy who shops for the groceries

-Offensive Coordinator, who has most of the responsibilities of scouting out other teams and designing the best offensive strategy for each game.

-Defensive Coordinator, who does the same thing for the defense.

HB: 1/1 Knickfan

OT: 2/2 Svedda, Knicksfan
OG: 2/2 Svedda, Knicksfan
DE: 2/2 Svedda, dontmeswidme
DT: 1/2 dontmesswidme
LB: 3/4 Jed, Verloren, Lava
CB: 4/4 Svedda, Lava, Knicksfan, Serenity
FS: 1/1 Verloren
SS: 1/1 Asheme
K: 1/1 Svedda
P: 1/1 Asheme

I'm looking for specifics for each position, so if you're interested in a certain position, just PM me and I'll let you know what I'm looking for to make sure we're on the same page before you sign on.

Also, I'm keeping the first post updated with what's taken and by who, so you don't have to sift through this whole thread to figure out what's available

I'd say probably FS would be best, but if you'd rather go CB, I can make that work

Then FS. I already have a CB doubling up as SS, so it shouldn't be that big of a jump.
