another concept I think you should include is the "tipping point" concept
One example that's easy to think about is speed...
the attribute cap is 99
It's easy to think about a WR or CB with a 99 speed... irl that would probably equate to say a 4 flat 40 maybe? 4.4 tops...
now, professional linemen will run about a 7 second 40 or less... where does that equate in attributs here? Some linebackers are faster than others, some run 40 times in the 4.5 range. About all of them have decent speed, probably somewhere in the 5 second range. Would that be a speed rating of 50?
to make a long story short... to be sucessful every attribute on the player page will need to be a certain level. An OG with a speed of 10 won't be able to pull on a sweep. An OG with a speed of 99 is obviously wasting his SPs. The tipping point is where the OG can move exactly as much as he needs to, and before that he just isn't effective.
