I had 4 players not on a team at rollover, and now they Each have 40 training points. what is that all about?

You get 9 days worth of training points at rollover to a new season (36 training points)...you obviously had 4 pts saved so now you have 40.

you get 36 tp's each season at roll over while you are building your dots. Then on day 1 if your dot is not at plateau your training pts start up again getting 4 per day

all of your dots should of received 36 tp's if they didn't something is wrong

You might have had auto train enabled and those guys points got spent.

I would love to see the whole TP allocation thing, Im sure its here somewhere

Unfortunately, being Bort, he didn't get everything complete. The thing everyone said above, the 36 training points that dots get every rollover to a new season, is correct. If your dot isn't in plateau yet (less than 161 days old), then every rollover to day -4, they will get 36 training points on that day. They won't get any further training points until day 1 of the season, as someone said above as well.

If you have a dot with fewer than 36 training points that isn't in plateau, as someone ELSE else said above, then almost certainly you had auto-training set, and it kept going until whatever trigger you had said for it was met.

What does the new build process look like?
The system is similar to the old one, but the XP and training have been increased to get a player to max level in approximately 4 seasons.

TP: 56 (20 training points plus 4 per day for 9 days of offseason during creation season)
BT: 12
Banked training point cap during the season: 60
Banked training point cap during off/preseason: unlimited

Age 0 - 40
XP/day: 150
XP/game: 600
TP/day: 4
Boosts allowed: 5 per season

Age 41 - 80
XP/day: 150
XP/game: 475
TP/day: 4
VXP/day: 500
Gain +2 VP at start of this age tier
Boosts allowed: 5 per season

Age 81 - 120
XP/day: 150
XP/game: 375
TP/day: 4
VXP/day: 600
Boosts allowed: 5 per season

Age 121 - 160
XP/day: 125
XP/game: 175
TP/day: 4
VXP/day: 660
Boosts allowed: 5 per season

Age 161+
Plateau age. No more XP or TP earned until plateau ends, just like the old system.
Boosts allowed: 10 at any time up to a maximum of 30 total career boosts

After Plateau Ends (up to +200 days)
TP/day: 2
VXP/day: 325

XP stops being gained once a player reaches 48000 total XP earned (not counting boosts).

Zero, since you already received your last batch of 36 TPs on day -4.
