Can players built in the prior offseason (d40-d45) be retired and re-built without any penalty in the ensuing rolled over preseason?

Yes, dots built between day 40 and day 0 are equal in today's GLB. You will have the same boosts available and get the same training point dump on creation.
THANKS as I thought so but wanted to be absolutely positive as a few guys on a new team I'm associated with got blindsided by that pesky auto boost free player setting.
