I boosted all of my dots to 74 before rollover, now all of them are showing no boosts available.

It looks like mostly players who didn't notice they could have gotten 5 more boosts last season after I changed plateau boosts to shift to preseason. I've parsed through the data and shifted the boost "uses" to normal boosts so players who did that should be able to use 5 extra plateau boosts now if they couldn't reach lv 79 before. Luckily it doesn't seem like too many players were affected, and it shouldn't be a problem next season
