Whats the key build wise?

Lots of agility. Then blocking, strength, speed, vision.
I use the run blocking archetype because I want more strength in my builds.
You'll need 2 hold block equipment
Pocket defender and pass block VA's - and max protect if using the pass blocking archetype.

Bear... 2 (HB%) minimum but is 3 better (or, at least 2 + CEQ boost as well)?

You are correct as usual. I was going with the bare minimum and should have said so.
