Skill Point totals are still misleading. The best dots are definitely not the highest Skill Point numbers at end build. There is a certain balance along with combination of other factors that determine the top final build quality. K and P are probably the only ones where SP's are pretty close to the build impact, but even there, a variance is applicable.

As far as %'s. certain positions should have nothing but, whereas others should have a combination along with certain SA's.
