Little abstract .... When an agent receives an extra training bonus in a Multi train scenario does the bonus affect all atts OR just the one in the primary slot ?

I could be mistaken but whenever I looked at the extra training bonus it only affected one of the attr's and it could be any one of the attr's in the multi rotation not just the primary slot.
@ ZZ and Bluesman. My old stat keeping on this is long lost but not my notes. It effects only one skill.
