I'm assuming winning is a big factor, but what other factors drive fan support up? I'm able to see a couple of different teams and it doesn't make sense.

the longer the streak, the more it increases
for example
low Income fan support goes up 2 with a win and down 0.5 with a loss
2nd in in a streak goes up 4
3rd win in a streak goes up 8 (I think)
I assume team A had high fan support that did not get re-set in the off season
all teams (in theory) should have been re-set to 30/10/0 for the start of season 100, but Bort may have missed that with team A

game scores seem to affect it much more - blowouts = more sales

How does fan support work?
Fan support is calculated by wins or losses then multiplied by the streak you are on.
Wins= +2 Low, +1 Med, .5 High (Multiplied by your win streak)
Losses= -.5 Low, -1 Med, -2 High (Multiplied by your losing streak)
Examples
If your team had a current fan support of 80/20/10
- 1st win would increase to 82/21/10
- 2nd streak win would increase to 86/23/11
- 3rd streak win would increase to 92/27/12 (*maybe 13 depending on the fraction left over)
- 4th streak win would increase to 100/31/14*
As you can see, a streak of wins is good, but can also wreak havoc on your support if you endure a losing streak:
If you started losing after you reached the above support of 100/31/14
- 1st loss would decrease to 99/30/12
- 2nd streak loss would decrease to 98/28/8
- 3rd streak loss would decrease to 97/25/2
- 4th streak loss would decrease to 95/21/0
