I am a bit surprised that anyone never posted that at roll over on the new season we all got an extra 400 reward points. I sent in a ticket, Bort said that it was something in the script from roll over and would be more of a hassle to fix it. Just said enjoy the extra reward pts.

The bonuses that are available later than level 1. The +6 attribute part and the choose-a-tree part are now 450 points in cost combined (instead of 900), and those are refundable at retirement at the new 35% rate, since they're half as expensive now.
The other 3 CEQ upgrades that unlock at later levels didn't get a reduction in price, and are still completely NON-refundable, so yeah, those are deffo your best options for using reward flexies, since you never get any refund on anything you spend reward flex on.
