Everything has gone. I had about 50 players that needed retiring. Have I lost all that flex?

Nope. Bort refunded it all, plus a bit more. And you also have 5000 reward points.

Oh, man, you need to check the Announcements page. Start with April 28th, 2023.

Long-story-short, data server fell down and went boom, but Bort felt bad about it, so he threw Flex Points at everybody, and then decided, "Hey, as long as I'm here, let's cut the build process in half!"

Considering I had almost 30,000 in flex in December 2019 not including a full team of players that hadn't been retired, I think I have been short-changed as I only have around 16,000 left plus the 5000.

The flex history thing is intact. You can download to excel and figure out if you got scammed (hint, you probably didn't)

Were your players well past plateau (like second year decline+) because the look back period was only so far

Definitely open a Support ticket. They'll work with you on this.
