How about we just stick to the seasonal subject, without National Enquirer theatrics
S94 looks to be perhaps, the most competitive WL season in decades. Case in point: Ryan and Mauler comprise the majority of the league. Next you add the nexill/BobW combo, along with Tom/red. Now we have far too many teams scrambling for the limit of 8 playoff spots.
There looks like 10-12 playoff teams. WAR, DoW and ATKM are going to be fighting for their lives, just to be competitive, let alone vying for a playoff spot. A quick review of the teams, and there is no pushover to be found. Even if the end result is an abysmal record, every roster seems capable of making the playoffs IMO. Worst case, the roster is WL-legit.
It would seem, the World League Survivor Game is not going past week 8, as every week looks to be a crap shoot. It honestly appears to me that any team can win vs any opponent.
This season should be a blood bath. I don't think we'll see any team better than a 12-4 record.
I see ATKM, Dow, and WAR as the three teams with the longest odds to remain, yet none are a pushover, by any means. At least as I see it
