Los Compadres are looking for interested agents willing to build players for S78 after day 40.

All player positions available. We will not be boosting players. Agents plz be advised the contracts issued will be for at least 2 seasons.

Reason: Returning Owner/Agent focused on game planning and player building w/o boosting after being away from the game for an extended period of time. Don't want to have agents or myself commit "unnecessary" flex points (real life funds) to players on a team going through a learning process.

Probably should just play Pee Wee if you're going to be a full non-boosting team.

I thought about that, but decided to go normal rookie team to have access to Advance AI. I have been away from GLB and I would like to take this opportunity to re-acclimate myself to the game.

Pee-wee is season to season from my understanding. I didn't necessarily want to have to continue retiring and building players every season. My understanding is I have this team for at least 2 seasons so I plan on utilizing that time period to readjust and tinker with the AI's.

That being said i appreciate your response and I will adjust my post accordingly.

I think PeeWee does use ADV AI but I could be wrong. Lots of PeeWee players return to peewee yr after yr just my thoughts

Hmm, this is the team type descriptions given:

Normal Teams

You control everything, from signing players to setting prices on tickets and beer. Cost is 1000 Flex points for 2 seasons. You can add additional seasons for only 400 points more per season.

Casual Teams

These teams are just like normal teams, but the use of advanced AI is not allowed. These teams are aimed at the more casual player who does not have the time to do in-depth gameplanning. You can add additional seasons for only 400 points more per season.

Pee Wee Teams

Players on pee wee teams can only be signed at level 1 for one season. There is no need to build up the stadium. You can add additional seasons for only 400 points more per season.

It doesn't clearly state that pee wee allows use of advance AI. i couldn't remember if it did or didn't and i once owned a pee wee team and i would retire players each season. I didn't want to got that route again so I chose to go with a normal rookie team.

Guy's i understand that a non-boosting team may not seem the "correct way" or the "most beneficial way" to build long term players but i must reiterate the Los Compadres are going this route so I can re-acclimate to GLB over a 2 season period.

The Los Compadres are interested in recruiting agents/players that are interested in a team being built with this understanding.

Peewee can use advanced AI, I would say it demands the use of it, it would be impossible to do well at all in peewee without using an advanced AI. Also nonboost players certainly have more of a chance to compete...seeing as starting a career down exponentially to those you are against and staying that way throughout doesn't seem fun.

Peewee should be your home for sure.

Hmm, thanks for pointing out that Pee wee can use advanced AI Stoned Beaver. I would agree that non boosting players would be at a disadvantage in normal.

i was willing to endure just to get used to GLB again. I will look into moving to pee wee. Pfft, if i sell my normal team. I won't be able to get another team for 21 days.

pm Support. i've never owned a team, but maybe Support can move your ownership from a normal team to a pw team? you should also choose the pw team you want to own.

i also can confirm that pw uses advanced AI.

Buy peewee team then sell regular team....no need to wait 21 days.
