Did everyone get their TP’s with their XP? A group of my players usually get them together and this time only one did. Anyone else?

TP's have been a bit buggy for as long as I can remember. I was 100% sure that TP's came in 24 hours after they got spent... then I tried a few experiments and that idea fell apart completely. 
Some dots got theirs within 24 hours... some didn't. Eventually they all got theirs before the end of the day but that's frustrating if you're wanting to spend them yourself (no auto-train) and do so that day before nightly rollover. Means staying up until they appear. I just gave up and do auto-training all the time now so no matter when they (TP's) show up, they all get spent at the same time.
