Depends on the situation sometimes. Some Rookie Owners/members like to build a few extra dots for use further down the road. And I guess sometimes not being on a competitive team allows you to build "in peace" lol
why join a winning team when you can stat whore?
seriously, some are test builds...some are newbies trying out the game first.

It is too frustrating to be on teams with owners that have no clue what they are doing. I have no interest in signing with a human team until I hit plateau.

I currently have a Rookie team and I have offered agents I don't know to join my team. This way if they are new to the game I can help teach them how to build players, etc. Why I do this is because I see so many FA's that have built players all the way to LVL 79 that will never get on a competitive team because of the build. I am hoping to reduce the number of FA's that build dots like this along with teaching some agents the ropes so they can enjoy the game and maybe even help keep it going.

1. nothing before plateau matters
2. i would rather play on a half full team with agents i like or an owner i like versus someone who thinks they're good and is in prep casual #2 when there is a cpu team they can swap with in casual 1.
