Warrior General Games

We made it through yet another season in Casual Pro and the Charlestown Chiefs reiged supreme going 13-3 in the regular season and taking downn .spider's. Ethiopian Camel Snackers in the title game (46-24). Great news for the Chiefs opponents is that they only lose one dot for their championship run roster. Get to work boys and girls or they'll be looking to repeat.

Tlingit Warriors - have been here before.
Grand Rapids River Rats - have been here before and had their struggles.
The Untouchaballs - team a CPU now.
Alabama Yellowhammers - went 0-16 in their last CP season (S75).

Some decent teams need to request coming up or we're going to have issues with the routes with Gag and ECS moving down.

WESTERN CONFERENCE

Ethiopian Camel Snackers - Defending conference champs moved roster to Sofia so they will be moving down to reload.

Running Gag - Fought hard for being old to take second and will be heading down to rookie to work their way back up...good ridance.

San Dimas Saints - croxley and Co. returning 54 dots so they'll be an early favorite to take the conference crown.

Not Fast, Just Furious - Down and downs during the last season but will be back for another bite of the apple with a chem hit coming.

EASTERN CONFERENCE

Charlestown Chiefs - As noted above the champs return 54 dots into the fold and will once again be one of the teams to beat.

Magua's Revenge - Another top team with 54 dots coming back but can they get past Sofia in round one.

Sofia Spiders - Big chemistry hit coming and a change from the all passing attack.

Las Vegas Chaos - Nearly shocked GLB with an upset over CC in round one and we'll stay tuned if they can make further noise in this top heavy conference.

Looks like 2.0 bumped up. Glad my coordinator doesn’t have to play himself this season.

Glad to be back in cas pro for my second stint. Maybe this time around we can be much more competitive. We weren't pushovers last time but we couldn't compete with the big dogs that well. Our championship was beating sophia spiders once in our last season. It was the original Steelerz that time.

I was going to knock one out but said fuck it when I got to a certain team.

WESTERN CONFERENCE

This should be fairly wide open for the playoff spots as three through four should come down to the final weeks. They've battled in Reg. Pro so we'll see if there is carry over from last season.

1. Not Fast, Just Furious - I've told Drew if this team does not win the conference everyone involved should just quit GLB. The Saints will be in the running (get it) but this team has the offensive fire power to make teams play from behind. Not unbeatable but the best in the west.

2. San Dimas Saints - Started strong last season but ended up going 2-5 in their last seven (including playoff game). They're record will be much better than last season's 9-7 mark but to get to the promised land they'll need to take ouf JF in the playoffs.

3. Grand Rapids River Rats - Last visited Casual Pro in season 74 where they struggled going 3-13. They have the same roster going but this time they're in the weaker conference so I'm going with them to have enough O to get a playoff spot in their return.

4. Manhattan Midnight Warriors - Is Blue Max alive, he used to be active in posting on the CP forum. The team sturggled in the East in S74 going 2-14 but should be in a more favorable position this season and should push for a playoff spot.

5. Tlingit Warriors - Also played in season 74 in Casual Pro and struggled to get their footing with a 5-11 record. Looking to fill out a few roster spots yet as they're at 49 right now but shoud be competitive within the conference and make a playoff push.

6. Alabama Yellowhammers - Was last in Casual Pro in season 75 and went 0-16 on the season. They don't quite have a full roster at the time of writing (46 dots) so they'll need to improve there or be seriously outgunned.

EASTERN CONFERENCE

The BIG 3 and Vegas - that's how it's been but the Red Knights and Pittsburgh may have something to say about it.

1. Charlestown Chiefs - The champs do work during the season, during the tourney and now the playoffs. They'll get some a rematch in the playoff when the Spider's chemistry rights itself. However, I expect the Chiefs to run rampant but will have some contested regular season games as well as a loss or two along the way.

2. Magua's Revenge - Need to get that top spot to avoid the Spiders in round one. While we all enjoy it a round one championship type game puts the pressure on you - especially when you lose. Magua is bringing most back and will give it another go as they don't want to go down with that all telling saying of "no one remembers second place).

3. Sofia Spiders - You flip the entire roster and end up at 77 chemistry at all levels...odd, JF flipped half and is at 47 overall...HMMMM, someone was not honest with the GLB admin...guessing it went like "forgot to sign my roster - could you reset my chemistry?" Weak tits.

4. Pittsburgh Steelerz 2.0 - Curious to see how this team looks fully boosted. They'll have to fight to get ahead of the Chaos and not sure looking how the secondary is built they'll be able to withstand the passing attack but thinking the O will make some noise throughout the season and get them a hard fought playoff spot.

5. Las Vegas Chaos - Surprise, eh? Well, they did go 7-9 last season making the playoffs with a losing record and getting in at .500 the prior season. I don't think being a .500 team gets you in this season as the Steelers (that Z will never make the big board) get at least nine W's.

6. Camelot Red Knights - Have made the show before and have not been at the head of the round table. They've struggled and took their licks in Reg. Pro. going 7-9. That doesn't translate into a playoff bound CP team. They may get a win or two but they face some beasts on this side and they will not fair well.

Don't like it - prove me wrong and spare me your crying and whining.

If you've been playing GLB as long as I think you have and you still dont know that support will give you a chem reset you truly are an idiot.

I dont know if there's ever been as big of an imbalance of strength conference to conference as there is now....holy cow, the cross conference games will be 75% won by the east - Book it!

Avenger must have a new multi. I thought Badger was apart of the crew who made him rage quit over the whole chem reset shit years ago.

Also Pittsburgh too high. I have one of those "secondary dots" which means we're doomed!

On a serious note. Good write up! It will be nice having an active league forum!
