why are players (level 73+) even bothering to play in regpro now with so many empty pro teams? are the builds really that shitty? a team of 68s could probably make the playoffs in most pro confs these days.
Forum > Goal Line Blitz > its too bad that there are more cpu owned teams in pro than in regpro
because that's the natural progression of the game? reg pro should be all lvl 73s

Yeah and i think guppy knows that, he's just saying if all pro leagues could be filled with human owned teams, why aren't they

there's WL teams and there's everyone else. even a really good reg pro team, gets their ass pounded by the WL contenders
if they'd close down WL, and use those 12 teams to back fill, there also wouldn't be as many CPU owned team in pro
there's a pro tourney now, where the WL teams and pro teams play together anyway. WL is redundant

That's one way of looking at it.
It'd also be swell if they got rid of that useless season from 68 to 73. Do we really need an entire season to gain 1 level and like 300xp?
You just wait one game to hit L69. Then boost to 72, and the rest is history. It's basically 1 game to pay attention to. All that would need to change is that daily XP drop at L40 and just let us keep getting 50xp per day
Just make XP shut off at 70, and then use the existing 3 sets of 3 boosts to make 79. There's already a "makeup" mechanic built in, for those that skip boosts.

That's a branding issue.
Delete reg pro. Call that season Pro.
Adjust the XP so that semi pro ends at 70 instead of 68.
The super special league could still be called WL, since all the regions of the world are represented.
You'd still have to win in pro to get to WL.
Win-win

There's a blast from the past. Had to go back and look. I've only got 1 from a non pro league back then
Season 4, USA BBB #10, GM of Gilead Gunslingers

Yeah. BBB #10
Imagine there being 10 of one league.
Let alone 6 divisions, of the same age... Granted not all had 10.
So like 60 leagues, with 16 teams each.
And that was just the USA universe. There were 8 of those.
That's thousands of teams, and a thriving FA market
Man, those were the days.
