Warrior General Games

Hey guys, sorry for the nub question. I played this game a very long time ago, and was happy to see it still exists and seems to be doing reasonably well. I was excited to get started playing so I created some dudes and now realizing its day 41 and a new season is starting. Should I retire and re create these guys on day 1? Or are they fine the way they are? I seem to remember there being a specific day that was best for creating players, but maybe I am just making that up.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Anytime between 40 and 48 is the same. Except, on day 40 you have a shot at a free HB.

I got up zero dark thirty day 40 and nothing. Too many old HBs.
