I bet the China could fix GLB1 fast and make it cheaper too. A large part of GLB1 success was because it was a male facebook before there was facebook. Look at facebook now, what me worry about Twitter and Instagram and whatever the next social site will be.Active forums are gone and never coming back. GLB2 was unplayable. Tried it, hated it. Very little new blood joining GLB1. Some old agents sometime come back. Only way to keep it going and get rid of CPU teams is having a going out of business flex sale forever. Buy a complete team of 55 players with 3x boosting for $19.99 a season. Whose in for that! Buy the offense for $10.99 a season or the defense for $10.99 a season. This game has been paid for I bet hundreds of times over. Give it back to the agents at cheap affordable prices to see what happens. At least if it were cheap it'd be easier to live with the unfixed problems.

Time for GLB to go CHEAP or go away.

Taken as a response to the GLB1 VS GLB2 argument. When the core issue anymore is cost. Time to let our DOTS free and whatever they call themselves in GLB2. I for one would be in again to team ownership at 19.99 a season. Now to own an entire team it take 20,000 plus flexors. Like $120 to $180 bucks a season. Hard to pay that kinda bling to play this worn out old game that won't even fix its own problems. Time WG got off its ass and did something progress to save what's left of it. Cut flex points by 80% to 90% and lets try to breath some life into this dead horse.

Well, before the angry mobs posts here on you, I'll just say 2 things. #1 is everything they've learned from GLB1 that we love and the reason we still play... + everything new that the GLB2 crowd loves and is the reason they left... should be put together, carefully and smartly, into a final version of the game. The both early games retired once that is up and going. #2 is it'll never happen because they would have to get back to work, coding and all that, probably upgrading all the servers and lord knows what else and, TBH, WG isn't doing much of anything but collecting $ until that time comes when the cost of keeping things going exceeds the income it's generating. At the time, there will be no more WG.

Is impossible to recruit new players because of the off-season. Ideal time to build? Day 40. Next game? 16 days later...

What new agent will show up to build and then wait 2 weeks to actually see some action

they actually fixed that. any dot made between day 40 and day i think 0 gets as many TPs as a dot made on day 40 would have. i suppose that might still be an issue if boosting right before rollover is best for a long term dot. still that cuts the time from 16 days down to 9 days.

You have no idea.....I've been falling for this since 2008. Part of the problem is that I only go in to the forums about five times a year.

How about 5 free dots for everyone 1 dot purchased. Less cost easier to recruit or retain a dot. Games almost 12 years old. Time to give agents a huge price break or decide to shut it down. Stop the torture..

i wish they had linked getting hb/qb/wr to providing less made players. something like, build a G and get a free 100 pts towards building a hb/qb/wr, build a DT get 200 points, etc. they should have anticipated that almost everyone would want to build the players that get all the stats. lets face it, building a center is as boring as it gets. they cant even get near the number of pancakes that a OT or TE gets, yet lack of a quality C can destroy your offense.

I agree, but price could be much higher and still be cheap entertainment unless you are meaning the charge to be each season. I’d also do away with the long build times, introduce a VPB based on the current build system so owners could play more at pro instead of being bored until their dots are grown.

Here's the problem with that though. Everything else in the game is tied to the time it takes to build a dot. EQ, XP, BT's, CEQ, Stadium building, ect, ect, ect.... Changing dot building would require everything else to be re-written and/or re-programmed to match up. Might as well just build a new game with everything asked for instead. Hence the 'GLB3' thing.

create a new way to build a dot. auto level 79 for x flex. you could even make the dot not get as many points to spend as a normally built dot and you would still see a lot of them being made. you could probably even make it so you dont get any flex back when you retire them. wont happen but would be a quick way to either burn flex or bring in new cash.

It doesn't matter how good or how bad any idea may be for growing the game--there's no expressed and obvious desire to grow the game by those that own and manage it. When was the last time anything you read here that came from them was an effort to bring in more customers and/or more money from the customer base? When was the last time even a token change was announced that responded to a common complaint?

I love this game, but those that run it do themselves no favors.
