I honestly can't tell if you're trolling, or if you're just really, really bad at this ownership thing. But either way, the result is the same: you're annoying the hell out of people with this crap.

Here's some serious advice: sell both teams, and then look and see if there's a team that needs help with running their offense or defense who is willing to teach you on the fly. Learn how to handle tactics yourself, and then you'll be better equipped to run a team yourself.

But this "I bought a team, somebody else needs to run it for me!!!" nonsense ain't gonna fly. Anyone who wants to run a team can just buy and run their own team far more easily than running a team someone else owns.

.....

Of course, if you're just trolling everyone, shame on me for wasting my time with this.

Don't bother adding me as a GM... I will delete the invitation.

Novus, I'm gonna go with the 'Not Trolling' thing here and see if this helps him/her.

Thom there are some things you don't seem to know about the how the game works that, I hate to say, is going to wreck your day here.
#1, is the way CPU teams operate. As long as a CPU team is owned by the CPU it either upgrades or downgrades within the league's age/level parameters to match up with whatever team it plays against. If you could look at the roster for each game it played, you would see different CPU dots every time. It does that to 'match-up' against it's opponent as best it can. Also,
#2, a team that has CPU dots has a performance penalty assessed against it if it is owned by a human owner/agent. That penalty does NOT exist/apply to the very same team with CPU dots if it is owned by the CPU. This means, when you bought the teams, you automatically gave them a huge performance penalty that having a coach apply tactics will not... CANNOT overcome. Even against CPU teams you will struggle to win because it will be playing you without a penalty while you will have a tremendous penalty against yours. Quick FYI, the number of CPU dots on a human team that you can (mostly) have without that performance penalty being applied is around 10. More than 10 and you're penalized. Less than that and you're probably safe but CPU dots simply don't match up well even against poorly built human dots. Lastly,
#3, there are SO FEW coaches left out there in the GLB world that it would be hard for you to find any even if you had a team filled with high quality human dots so I'll almost guarantee you that no coaches will sign up with a team filled with CPU dots.

IMO, Your best bet is to not waste the money you've already invested but take some time now to get a handle on all those things a team owner should know about owning a team. Team finances... how to drop and pick up a dot (trades are unlikely as you have nothing to trade for now)... Stadium building and effects... promotions and effects... ect, ect, ect, ect. Right now you're the boss of a ghost ship so before you can get actual agents to sign up someday soon, you need to learn how to captain that ship.

One last FYI, while I know all this because of all the years I've been here, I am already tasked to the max with what little work I already do for a small handful of teams and have no extra time to do more at this time so please don't send me an GM/Coaching invite as I too would have to turn it down. I can answer some of your questions as best I can but be advised there's things I still don't know 100% about the game. I do know where most of it can be found though and that's by going through old threads in the forums and using the GLB WIKI.
Hope this helps you out. Sorry if the answers are disappointing but they're honest answers.
