Noteable Note: The Spiders received four full season endorsements out of the possible eight (two went to players no longer in CP - GG GLB).

Does this mean i have to drop 2 of them to have the ones I want active? I thought i read somewhere only 2 promos will be active per game...

Looks like i just have to remove gear from 1 of them

How many endorsements can a team have at once? What if they have too many? Link to this
A team can only have 3 endorsements active at a time. If a team has more than 3 when a game simulation is run, 3 endorsements will be chosen at random to be active, and the others will be disabled. If you would like to make sure the endorsements you want are active, make sure extra players remove their endorsement items.

I knew my QB and K got it, had no idea on the others

Oh look, a low-flying full-season-endorsement!

Spider, how about trading one of those players and that way you don't have to worry about random access full-season-endorsements

Sure buddy, ,how about knocking it out of the ballpark. Do an all-casual team or something. Not overly time consuming (the below took 10 minutes):

ALL DECADE QB's - SEASON'S 65-74

1. Bill Buck, Herman's Horns (im4ut999)
Buck was in Casual Pro from seasons 65 through 71. The dot threw for 42,175 yards with 361 TD's and 154 picks. The dot led the Horns to the season 68 Casual Pro ttile. The dot was the Western Conference MVP three times (seasons 68 through 70) during his 112 game Casual Pro career.

2. Giovanni Pickens, Shoreline Big Gulp Kickers (madrocker4)
Pickens played in Casual Pro from seasons 67 through 70. The dot threw for 32,533.5 yards with 343 TD's and only 86 picks. The dot did lead Shoreline to two tournament championships (68 and 69) as well as to Eastern Conference championships in seasons 68 and 70 in the dots 64 regular season games.

3. Boozy Patton Jr., Sofia Spiders (.spider.)
Boozy's not done with his Casual Pro career having only played in 48 games to date. During that time the dot has passed the ball for 30,064 yards with 282 TD's and 105 picks. The dot is coming off leading the Spider to a championship in season 74. In his first three seasons the dot also has won three Eastern Confernce MVP awards.

4. Joey. Blueskies, Sofia Spiders (.spider.)
Blueskies played in 80 regular season games (seasons 69-73) while throwing for 20,550.5 yards with 191 TD's and 68 picks. Joey. led Sofia to two league titles during his run as the Spider QB (69 and 71) and two tourney championships (71 and 72).

5. Bryson Smith, Houston Vikings (juicepod).
Smith was in Casual Pro in seasons 67 and 70 through 72. The dot threw for 17,963.5 yards in his 64 regular season games. The dot may have had some yards but the dot threw more picks (123) than TD passes (120).

Just going to go ahead and knock week one out while I have the time. I don't put much stock in the pre-season as teams are not fully boosted and people are messing with their VA's and I don't imagine cares are to high. Looking at week one many may not see it on first glance but we have some interesting games. Both the Revenge and NFJF play teams that knocked them out in the first round last season (bravo Mr. GLB Scheduler) - payback or continued failure...time will tell.

LEAGUE SURVIVOR
Get a pick in and have some fun. I've taken my team over Chile and we're hoping for some payback after that 58-53 playoff loss last season...still stinging!!!!!

WEEKLY PICKS - Maybe some early bulletin board material and if I recall correctly I was 99.8% accurate last season (if my memory serves me...).

San Dimas Saints @ LG Canucks - I have some expectations for the Saints this season and LG was a mixed bag against the all rushing teams. Should be interesting contest but the Saints will rise to the occasion here in what should be a good one...27-23.

Alabama Yellowhammers @ Running Gag - Welcome to the league Yellowhammers - meet the Running Gag...60-3.

Chile Chupacabras @ Not Fast, Just Furious - We took both regular season games fairly easily before getting upset in the playoffs. Look for JF to get furious in this one...58-38.

Sofia Spiders @ Magua's Revenge - Revenge got them early last season but with both teams the same and the Spiders hot streak will carry over into this season. Expect another barn burner with Magua doing something late to let the Spiders slip by yet again...20-17.

Vancouver Gorillas @ Las Vegas Chaos - A pecking order game early for these two and a game within a game. These two will be fighting for that fourth seed and while only game one this is an important one. Look for the rooks to take first blood as Vancouver struggled against all passing teams and got out of the gate slow last season...34-17.

Charlestown Chiefs @ Juarez Jalapeños - Chiefs are going to roll here as the long season for Juarez begins...100-0.

TOUGHEST SCHEDULE OUT OF THE GATE
Sofia - play at the Revenge and at the Chiefs in the first two weeks (can someone say "another slow start").

DOTS TO WATCH
1. QB Boozy Patton Jr., Sofia Spiders. The top QB in a league full of gunslingers. Reigning champ looking for more.
2. RB Ankara Türkei, Running Gag. The back racked up over 1,300 yards catch the ball and a key cog in the Gag offensive attack.
3. CB Magic !!, LG Canucks. Picked off 20 passes last season and will be looking for more this season.
4. OT Wesley Cortes, Chile Chupacabras. Recorded 228 cakes last season which was 70 more than season 73.
5. DT Sofa King Ridiculous, Charlestown Chiefs. The DT had 61 hurries to go along with seven sacks.

FEARLESS PREDICTIONS
One of the rookie teams (Saints or Chaos) will get to the second round of the playoffs.
The Revenge's heartbreak will continue and the close losses will continue.
Chiefs will look studly once again but not make it to the title game.
The Gag ho-hum themselves into position to dominate the league yet again (right, real fearless!!!).
Teams refuse to bring their A game against JF because they do the weekly write ups and they know they will pound them in the playoffs (thanks guys!!!).

REMINDERS
1. Get signed up to the GLB tourney; and
2. Don't forget to make a pick in League Survivor.

QUOTES OF THE WEEK

Uh, yeah, it's very time consuming to go back to season eight through 74. Technically, the 75th season should be in the books before the 75th anniversary team/s. Yeah, not going to be doing that as we are about 10 deep that read these and I suspect that would be a 30+ hour project.

Be more worried about LSU at this point.

MK's WORLDLY ADVICE
Take the -7.5 and UF (against THA U).

My week one is done so good luck to everyone on the season except when you play NFJF!!!
