The wiki says you should but it is wrong. What a surprise.
I don't know where it says it but it has something to do with a players age & something else I believe.
It starts again at level 74 I think.

that's how it works
next preseason you boost to 76, then you get your plateau boosts to 79

once you hit level 73, your xp is done. been that way for years. or level 70 if you missed an early boosts
