Head Coach here trying to get an early jump on replacements. One of our agents (and a friend) has had some family health issues that has taken him away from the game. I hope he returns soon but, until then, I am afraid his dots must be replaced as they have fallen 6 levels behind and are likely not having SP's spent or training kept. 
I look forward to working with him in the future. I do hope he comes back.
But we're hurting for help. We lost ALL our guards due to this and need replacements.

I know it's early but when you're trying to replace 4 Guards (and a DE) you'd better get to work now because O-line is hard enough to find usually... and finding 4 Guards seems like an impossible task. But we gotta try.
