So, on Hotie's team this issue got brought up. I'll post my replies below so you can see what's what;

Either this is disabled during the Preseason (which I doubt) or this is simply bad wording on GLB's part because being "Just A GM' doesn't allow access to that page... only GM+ Off, Def, DC, Trade, Offer, Reneg, Cut, Stadium, Scout, and/or Forum and I'm not even sure about a few of those working either (like Forum). I'm 99% sure as a Coach of various types for several teams (including this one) that the Stamina Bars (which are the ONLY things you cannot see/figure out on the Summary Page) also appear on the Team's 'Roster' tab. Right now I don't see it but I know I've seen it before so I'm betting it's inactive/turned off during the Preseason. I won't know for 100% sure until the regular season starts (unless someone else knows the answer) and I can have a look. And, I believe that ALL 'GM's' can access that visually.

The Summary Page only has 2 things on it... the number of plays a dot was involved in (easily seen also on the Box Score) and the Stamina remaining after the game for each dot (again... I am very sure this is viewable on the Team Page, under the Roster... it's just not showing up right now and the only explanation I have is "Preseason"). If you're wondering what you're missing on the Summary Page, take a look at the Box Score to find out how many plays your dot was in... and then look at your dot to see what stamina it has left (but you need to do this within 24 hours of the game played and it doesn't show anything for Scrims).

So this leads me to the 'Bug?' issue and a multitude of questions.
#1, As far as I know I've never ever been unable to see the 'Summary Page' of a game before but TBH, it's not something I've checked out much at all. I mean, there's 2 things on it.. # of plays each dot was in and Stamina remaining. The # of plays also exists on the Box Score so... ... not important. The Stamina, I thought was also available on the Team Page, under the Roster tab... but I'm not seeing it there either right now. Is this a Regular Season only feature???
#2, The inability to view the 'Summary Page' corresponds to the type of GM I have for each team I'm on. For any team where I'm a 'GM ONLY' (you can check this under the 'EDIT' tab of 'My GM'd Teams' on your home page), I cannot view the Summary Page. For any team where I'm MORE than 'just a GM only'... (no boxes checked under Off, Def, DC, Trade, Offer, Reneg, Cut, Stadium, Scout, and/or Forum)... I have access to the Summary Page. Again, since this isn't a page I've ever paid much attention to since the info there is redundant (IMO), then this is the first time I've even noticed the issue.
#3, if 'GM ONLY' agents cannot view the Summary Page then why this?; "You do not have access to view the summary for the teams in this game. Access is only available to owners and GM's of the teams in the game." Because that's either a HUGELY misleading statement... or there's a Bug and I SHOULD be able to view the page as a GM ONLY.

Anyone with any knowledge here to solve this conundrum would be appreciated.

It's always been that way as far back as I can remember.

Remember that OC/DC/Scout etc... are "newer" additions to the game, compared to 99% of the help tips which never got updated. There used to be GM and then everyone else. Looking back through old Trophies, Season 8 is the latest I have when I was a "GM" and then my next trophy is from S16 for being an "OC". So somewhere in there the the sub categories of GM were invented .

Fwiw... It always seemed ridiculous to hide that info from anyone who wanted it. I used to post screen shots of that screen in the team forum if anyone ever wanted to see what Confidence did to Morale or whatever. I guess it sort of became obsolete with the graphic update of energy and morale bars in replays.

Thanks.. And I agree with your fwiw. I mean, even a generic GM can check the team page, under the Roster tab, and I believe there is the ability to see the after-game stamina there. I know I've seen it before on the team page. As for the # of plays a dot gets, that also on the Box Score page which everyone can access (unless private game).

I know for sure not everyone can see that screen, but I'm not sure w/ GM spot gives access to it
I'd assume its probably the depth chart permission but only way to tell would be to try adding that GM duty to a player
and see if that allows him to view that screen

i just went thru all my teams, and if I had access to anything regardless of gm title, i could see the summary. any gm title gets you access to the in game energy usage. just another one of those ideas that wasnt well thought out. kinda like requiring the STC to have off or def access in order to access the tactics calendar.

Is that how that works? I always wondered why ST coach didn't seem to have access...
At some point I just enabled pretty much everything for all the coaches to avoid them not having access
to things they needed. I guess that is another reason I'm unsure of the specifics of all those permissions-
I just handed 'em out like candy lol

As Guppy and I well know and have posted about many times, ST's were simply not much of a consideration by GLB. It got some token love for sure, but mostly it got chucked into a corner and left to collect dust. And it's literally 1/3rd of the game.

yeah, more than 1 owner has refused to give me access to 1 or the other, so i cant make game specific lineups unless i know for sure i'll be on just b4 the game. and it's impossible to do 2 different ones when the games are close together. on the teams where i have access to the calendar, it's much easier to just set up and schedule by team. i never understood why dc was a global access and not based on off/def/st. i used to get in arguments with catch about how many things were wrong with st. i really think that he sabotaged st for whatever reason. it went from being 1/3 of the game, to it's working as intended no matter how ridiculous the bug was.
