the English-language-challenged 'packers and movers' wouldn't call them arrows-
more like a "pointed airborn bow-propelled strong-shafted pain-delivering device for purpose of aim"

I taught for a year in southern India when i was in college-
i would be cracking up every day at some of the things i would read written in English there.
They use that King's English which is funny in itself so proper and round-about it is
and then you could always understand what they were trying to communicate as confusing at it was-
though the method they have of constantly using so many, so complicated words to explain the
simplest thing was mind-blowingly hilarious. Sometimes I'd wonder:
how do they understand all the words in "premise vacating marked exit gateway" but not "door"?
Other times I wished more people talked like that.
