Or are you asking how you add extra SAs to your dots beyond the ones they start out with?

Ah. I think Gup has it. To further explain in detail, click on BT's (dot's page), Choose SA's, select extra additional SA. Costs 35 BT's. Done.

Ok, this may or may not be related to what he is wondering about-
but has anyone ever noticed how some dots have the 'arrows' connecting the Additional SAs,
giving it the appearance of another SA 'tree', where as most dots just have them lined up next to each other?
I never could figure out why that is; it seems unrelated to the number of additional SAs. Does it have to do w/ the type?

I've never seen arrows connecting SAs on the third, extra row. Got an example?

Here is one... I had him open his build so tell me if you see the same.
He swears he doesn't see the arrows but I do. Other guys I see the same,
but not for any of my players. Odd

It may be because of his VA? I’ve never really noticed that before. Quick feet may do that?

I see the arrows on your example, I also see the arrows on my dots, I believe that when you see the arrows it means that it is a well built dot. When you don't see the arrows (like yours) it means that the builds suck.
