Always a great write up orangesdcd and thank you for the honor. Definitely not the same Universal Studios Monsters team I am used to facing.

Great write up for the week. Thanks for doing that. Killed me with the Tuna commentary.

THE MINXY REPORT-- GAME TWO
Season 72 Rookie League #1 - The slug fest continues
GAME OF THE WEEK: Brew Crew (21) v. Midnight Marauders (14):
Monday Night Football was played at The Plunderdome as the visiting Brew Crew defense held firm and defeated the Midnight Marauders. The Brew Crew relied heavily on its varied rushing attack to work up a 14-0 lead in the first quarter. With the support of their hometown fans, the Midnight Marauders fought back valiantly and over the next two quarters scored two unanswered touchdowns to tie the game up 14-14. Late in the 4th quarter, the Brew Crew ground game took over the game and scored another rushing touchdown and then ran out the clock for the victory.
OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: (QB) Dark Scorpion -owned by twincedar:
The Cairns City Crocodiles completely disrespected the once mighty "Universal Studios Monsters". (QB) Dark Scorpion came into the game determined to run all over these faux Monsters. Incredibly, (QB) Dark Scorpion rushed for 628.5 yards and an eye-popping 14 rushing touchdowns. Just for the hell of it, with 3 minutes left in the game and on third down, (QB) Dark Scorpion attempted his first and only pass of the game. It was a perfect pass, but his wide receiver dropped it. So the very next possession, with only 38 seconds left in the game (QB) Dark Scorpion broke off a way too easy 58 yard rushing touchdown to cap the game.
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: (DT) Pizza Pie Pete -owned by donovandeighton:
The Bogota Angry Pirates' quarterbacks left Chef's Kitchen Arena with a healthy respect for the Anthropomorphic Cuisine's defensive line which pressured them all game long. (DT) Pizza Pie Pete absolutely annihilated every offensive lineman he faced as he racked up 23 reverse pancakes and 5 hurries. When (DT) Pizza Pie Pete knocks an offensive lineman on his butt he insists that it is not called a "pancake" but instead a "deep dish".
SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK: (HB) Ocean Breeze Washington -owned by splitter24:
The West Scranton Invaders played their second home game in a row at Steinrat Memorial Stadium. In a 63-0 blowout victory over the Dogs of War, (HB) Ocean Breeze Washington scored 3 second half punt return touchdowns for the West Scranton Invaders.
POWER RANKINGS
1. Cincinnati Spartans
2. Brew Crew
3. Anthropomorphic Cuisine
4.Midnight Marauders
5. CFL All Stars

That's all you can think of? Krikey. The Guess Who. Neil Young. Doug and Bob McKenzie. Moosehead lager. Some buttmunch named Beiber. Alex Trebek. And, once in a while, you guys are even good at Hockey.

Maybe because he quoted a post that mentioned Rush? How did any of you knobs not mention poutine?
