** Note: There's very few SAs in this build, because LB SAs suck in general. We'll use those extra points in an unconventional build. This is a pretty demanding build in the first season. Starting EQ needs to be in Speed.
Out of the gate: Do not buy any enhancements. We're only going to Intense train Jumping until Day 48. On Day 48, you'll spend your starting SPs, boost once get to 48.5 in JUMPING and then boost twice. Immediately dump those SPs into JUMPING. Yes it's weird. You'll be at 57.5 Jumping which is an oddball number. Now forget Jumping exists. For the rest of the build. No training, no SPs. You're done. Forget it.
With that out of the way, take all of the BTs you've saved and buy the 10%, 20%, and 30% enhancements to Vision. Set your training to intense Vision.

Day 9 or 10, when you hit L7, you can 1-cap Vision at 49 even.
Day 19/20 or so, maybe before with some lucky training, when you hit L11, 2-cap Vision. Vision should be at 54, take it to 61. Once you do that Switch your Training to Intense Speed and buy the 10%, 20%, and 30% enhancements for Speed.
Day 25, you should be able to 3-cap Vision at 68. Depending on how your training worked out you might have to buy an SP to do it. Not a big deal. Keep intense Training Speed because you're racing the clock to Day 40.

Day 40: You can now 1-cap Speed without having to boost because your Speed should be at 33.5 and you should have 15 SPs or more.
** Note: If it looks like we have a shot to win the championship, you can boost early and 1-cap Speed when you've gotten it to 32. This is how I'll play out this build to show the effect of 1 early boost. Not only would you cap an attribute, but you can do your L16 EQ upgrades also.

Either way keep Intense training Speed until day 48. You should be able to 2-cap Speed if you keep hitting it with Intense training before you boost up. On Day 48, Unlock Multi-training Buy Speed, Vision and Agility. buy the 10%, 20%, and 30% enhancements to Agility and set training to Speed/Vision/Agility and Confidence as your 4th.
Notice how we're hitting all 4 of the Archetypes Major attributes. See where Jumping is at..?
Next Season, Day 7 or 8, When you hit L21 Boost once and 3-cap Speed. Then Boost up to L25 and do your EQ upgrades at the same time.
On Day 10, when you hit L25, you can 4-cap Speed.
If you've gotten through the build this far, now is the time to relax and smell the roses. For a long while you'll just keep your training set as-is and cap more Speed when you can.
Next Season, Before Day 0, everyone including you should boost to L35. You'll probably look something like this.
You can change your training on the 4th attribute to something else if you'd like. Up to you. Stamina, Tackling, Whatever....

Now 1 other issue with the Coverage Linebacker is the placement of their Green SAs. In orger to get to the Green in Swat Ball youd have to blow SPs on Trash Talk and Glare, and then dump a bunch of point into the RED Shed Block. In this specific Archetype it makes a ton of sense to just buy AEQ in Swat Ball. It's cheap and also prevents a ton of wasted SPs. Get 2 pieces of it somehow. Get an Anti-fake %, and a Deflection % and maybe do a Make Tackle % or stack one of the others.
oh yeah.... I decided to roll over Jumping 1 time from 88% to 100% at the very end of the build because i had some days to kill... and check where it ended. from 57.5 to 80+.
