generally when i put together mutt teams, i sign cpu players until i dont need them any more. this season, due to financial issues, i've been cutting cpus between games. so i noticed that we had the same cpu player at qb for the last 3 games, http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/player_game_log.pl?player_id=710, except that his name was different each game. i noticed it also on our cpu punter the past 2 games. have cpu players always generated new names when they join teams? i swear that i remember cutting cpus by name because they didnt work out in past games. maybe those players had the same name but different player #s?

Noticed this season that the names and levels on the match-up page (against CPU teams) didn't match the actual names and levels on the team when you checked the roster. At first I thought I was losing it but then I noticed that the actual names of the dots that PLAYED in the game didn't match either the match-up page names OR the names on the actual roster.

Nah... CPU name wackiness has been around for some time. I even sent in a support ticket because half of one CPU team all had the same name. Hard to keep track of stuff when it's that wacky.

oh yeah, i remember seeing that a few seasons ago. it was like there was only 5 or 6 names for all of the cpus. it'll be interesting to see if i get that same player with a different name tomorrow.
