I don't play glb2 nor go into the forums so I have to take what you say about glb1 being more active.
yes people leave and come every season but there is less agents building dots probably in both games.

In glb1 from this season (71) to season there are 238 less agents building dots from that time spam going from 2126 from season 67 to 1888 in season 71.
plft's has been drying up each season, the higher tier teams pull from farm teams or have a plan with the team from the creation of the team whether it be a one and done team meaning once the team hits decline that's the end or they start over.
It does take longer to build your dot in glb1, I really wish bort would of put in some kind of way to make instant dots. Myself I would of paid the same price to be able to say build a dot to a certain level depending on your preference to plateau bringing your dot to plateau sooner.
