might be some training benefits by waiting. kinda have to do the math and make sure you dont leave yourself a couple of %s short. i did that once by boosting early and ended up at 99%.

If you miss the 3 boosts in the preseason next year, they are gone, and you won't be able to get to 79. But if you still have this season's boosts left, you should be fine. This isn't broken, it's just the way the system works if you choose not to boost in your creation offseason. All good!
