ok its been a long time since i did this, can someone give me the heads up?
if i'm not mistaken, upon reaching day 281:

Extra XP Conversion

One Skill Point - 250 XP
Six Bonus Tokens - 125 XP
Two Training Points - 65 XP

I can't remember, is this a choice you can make, or do you have to buy
the more expensive option until you don't have enough xp let for it.
If its an open choice, I know which one i will obviously choose and
it will make reaching plateau a lot more entertaining

It's on the player's (dot's) page , at the bottom of the 'Experience/Skills and Cash' box. You're just a little off with your guess though.

One Skill Point
Cost: 200 XP

Six Bonus Tokens
Cost: 125 XP

Two Training Points
Cost: 65 XP

Following up, if my old Plateau notes are correct, by far the best bang for your buck is buying Training Points, since you can train up and get Bonus Tokens through training. That also makes straight-up buying Bonus Tokens the worst value, and buying Skill Points (which you can buy with the Bonus Tokens you could get from training) a bad value as well. It's been too long since I've done the math on all that, though, and I don't have time to work it out right now.

Also, once you get low enough on XP, your remaining XP automatically get traded in for 2 BTs.

sweet i will trade all for BT and then do light train
its odd that one option is so much better than the other 2, but i guess for once
that makes it easy to decide what to do

Thank goodness for those two extra bonus tokens! I'm looking at two extra additional SAs so he will have Pummel, AOI and First Step. I would have been two BT short to do it this way, but with those two will have exactly enough- I guess its a sign I should do it this way, lol. I rolled +3 strength Pancake and Cut block pieces so I bought them and a +5% hold block which i added +3 strength to and the 4th is a +3 strength piece which I will add +2% hold block to. Sure i'd rather it be +5% but all the CEQ is going into HB% as well, so that'll make it +24% hold block total and that way I don't have to choose between AOI and first step. Hopefully, that will work. Is 5 Get Low and Hands enough? He will have 7 RB and PB, 10 CB, and 10 Pancake the way I'm planning.
