Newbie question. I’m actually returning to glb after many years away. Is there still a min amount plays per game each player should get to gain max xp?

The answer would be no. You could sit on the bench for the whole game and get the exact same XP as someone who played all game long. Seric is correct though.. you gotta be ON a team. TJ gave the new way XP is allocated now.
