Support at this point is just Digital Daggers, and occasionally Bort if something big breaks and DD can't fix it. DD's around, but he's not quite as quick as some would prefer.
When did you place your Support ticket? If it was 4 or 5 days ago, yeah, I'd be worried. If it was last night, you might just need to wait and be patient, as he can move your team as late as Tuesday 9/11.
Also, I assume you're trying to move your team from Rookie Casual #2 to Rookie Casual #1, correct? I noticed all of the teams in Rookie Casual #1 are human-owned, and I know from experience that DD won't move a human-owned team out of a league unless the owner agrees to it, even if the roster has all CPU dots on it. Is there a team in Rookie Casual #1 that has agreed to swap with you, and have they submitted their own Support ticket as well? If not, you're not gonna get swapped.
The ticket was posted Sep 6, 2018 23:11:36. We have a team to swap with in League #1 and that owner have sent a request as well, so we should be okay to this point. Now we just miss the actual swap.

Okay, so it's been 2 and a half days. It took DD 3 or 4 days to get to my ticket a few weeks ago. He might be waiting until tomorrow or Tuesday to just knock out all the offseason tickets in one fell swoop, so hopefully he'll get to you. I wouldn't panic until tomorrow.
