so um, does anyone know if not having fans at the game actually has any impact on the game.

Since the game glittches and sold all season tickets, but didnt actually give any money, or sell any for the actual game, Oaklands final 2 games had 0 fans because well, who the fuck pays attention after the season starts...

Just curious if it has any actual affect on the sim or not. 2 mini helmets, and 2 losses, makes me wonder if it had anything to do with it.

I think Fan Support is supposed to represent the entire fan base, not just the people who actually buy tickets. But it's Bort, so who really knows?

I thought Fan Support was strictly for ticket/concession pricing.

I dont think fan support has anything to do with the promos.

I think I misunderstood the initial question.

I have no idea if the team's performance is at all related to the number of fans present in the stadium.

you might be able to check confidence early in the game to see if it drops faster than other games. i could see playing b4 no fans having a demoralizing effect. but i'm not sure that the fan support system is that sophisticated. i always thought that having different stadium designs would have been cool. some maximize money generation and others to give confidence boosts.
