Last game it worked fine when we used the mini-football promotion, but now it will not let me schedule that promotion for our last game of the season, or any other of the premium promotions. We have plenty of money in the team finances to pay for it but it keeps saying "Error: could not be processed, please refresh"- but refreshing doesn't fix it.

I get that you're frustrated with the situation, especially since your team lost game 16 and ended up as the 3-seed because of it, but you definitely need to learn how to do your homework in this game. If you don't, you end up doing something like this thread, and the peanut gallery here will not be kind in gleefully pointing out your errors.
