at best, there are 21 pro teams that could win a league of fully competitive teams. that leaves 27 teams scrapping the bottoms. no way can the current player base back fill that many teams. it's not really a surprise for a demoted WL team to bounce right back the next season. while i used to love the lower levels, it's all about WL now. i barely even register pro.

At least with only 2 leagues the teams that either demote from w/l or move up from the lower levels should have some decent competition then instead of just a few good games that are competitive.
