I've been doing some research and it has come to my attention that a scrambling QB's primary attributes are throwing, agility, and vision. Weirdly enough, speed is NOT a primary atty.

Yet, I would be remiss to say that speed should not prioritized for a rushing QB, correct?

So, my question is, how am I to build a scrambling QB? Which atty's do I dump my skill points into primarily to softcap before moving onto other atty's?

Can someone correct me on this if I'm wrong, but:

Pocket Passer:
Atty 1: Throwing
Atty 2: Vision
Atty 3: Confidence

Deep passer:
Atty 1: Throwing
Atty 2: Strength
Atty 3: Vision

Scrambler QB:
Atty 1: Speed
Atty 2: Agility
Atty 3: Throwing

Is this correct? Meaning if I am building a scrambling QB, the primary atty #1 I want to softcap first is speed? It's just odd to me that it is considered a secondary atty for scrambling QBs. Thus, should I then treat throwing or agility as #1 atty to prioritize?

For the first two QBs: Throwing, Vision and Strength in that order of importance imo.

Some use scramblers for AGI based RQBs but they can also be used for passing QBs as well. Since Speed is a minor you dont want to have that as your primary attribute.

If I build a fast rQB I use the rusher arch and go

1. AGL
2. SPD
3 CRY (or PASS if going that route)

I use the pQB arch for a strong rQB

This

Here's a tip
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1uqXwYa_moWL_aaY2cby7NawSbw-QCcdPnErdl9mT4-U/htmlview

This is a chart that shows you how much an attribute will grow without training it.

So a QB uses the 0.67 column. If you did the standard 2-cap by L4, with Agility, you'd never have to touch it again and it would grow to 92+.

Then, right away, you start training up Speed. By the time it gets up around 28, you'll have the SPs to 1-cap it. Then you keep pounding Speed with training and SPs as long as your heart desires.

In theory, you could do the same with Vis or Strength on a pQB, but everyone will laugh at you.

pretty much this. remember the archetype is scrambling QB, not running back at QB
