boost now or wait to end of preseason for better training.......do we receive enhanced VA;s right away making it better to boost now

VA's do increase when you hit level 35, but they don't accrue during the pre-season, so no harm waiting.
Based on where your multi-training is on your dots is how I determine when I boost to 35. Honestly the gains from waiting until day 0 is probably very small, but does likely exist.

Not to put too fine of a point on this but, it's the VXP that goes up. From 250 to 300 per day. So depending on where your VXP is sitting, it might not have any effect at all, or could be exactly what you need.

This part, if you're going to- do your last multi-train cycle before you boost
My team just did this last season. It costs 350 xp in third season to boost early, for a gain of about 1.125 VA points
for this reason, the majority of my team finished lev 42, where had we not, we'd have just hit lev 43 last day of offseason.
I considered it worthwhile as we'll still make lev 79, but you can only get so many VA. Plus most of the lost xp can be regained
if we wait in the 5th season to boost until reaching lev 53, which i believe will be after the first game of that season.
Thus i personally feel it is worthwhile
