train intense through out offseason through day 48, getting it over 33 with training to the edge just under 34.
apply the 15 SP being saved from creation taking it to 48 and trained to edge.
buy 1 SP with 15 bonus points and apply to SPD taking it to 49.
All while still level 1 then boost 3 times if desired before season rollover.

done quickly off the top of my head and I've been away from the game a while so don't sue me if I messed up.

SPD will only be at 27 though. Darn, I can't sue!

1 Speedy LVL 2 WR with 2 FREE BOOST.

http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/player.pl?player_id=4718045

Latest try is this with one time boost till 1 soft cap at speed. 2x boost remained. Would you have/hire this guy to your team if you would have an open spot? I mean is this build is ok bad or not... Thx.

Much better. Continue to follow the guide and he will end with 156.87 speed.
Put ALL equipment in speed.

B) train light once
C) Enhance 20%
D) Train intense until day 44
E) Train normal until day 48
F) 30 BT -> 2 SP.
G) Cap to 48.07 or above (depending on your initial sliders you can go from 48.10 to 49)
H) Boost 3 times. If at 49 you would end up at 50.5 with 18 SPs 0 BTs.
I) Intense train until day -1. You should be at 52.5 with 96% trained. apply your 18 SPs to get to 61.5 with 96% trained.
J) Normal train until you can unlock 30% enhance on your primary skill
K) Normal train until the day before you will reach level 7 (which is when you might get your primary to the third cap). If you have no breakthroughs, you'll be at 98% trained. If you get a breakthrough, you need to juggle a bit. Don't train this day.
L) You'll now have leveled to 7, should have 63 on your primary with 98% trained and 32 BTs.
M) Apply the SPs, you should be at 68.
N) Train normal once, putting you at 36 BTs and 69 on your primary.
O) Unlock three attributes to multi train with the free one (4-way multi). Include your primary attribute in the training.
P) Multi train your 4 chosen attributes. Enhance 10% on your secondary and tertiary attributes.
Q) Multi train your 4 chosen attributes. Enhance 20% on your secondary.
R) Multi train your 4 chosen attributes. Enhance 20% on your tertiary (NOTE: some positions need to diverge here).
S) Multi train your 4 chose attributes. Enhance 10% on your 4th attribute in the regimen (NOTE: again, can diverge here)
T) Multi train your 4 chose attributes. Enhance 30% on your secondary.
U) Multi train your 4 chosen attributes. Enhance 30% on your tertiary (NOTE: once more, some positions need to diverge here).
V) Multi train until day 48 first season. You should be at a place where you can be at 85 on your primary and 48.1 to 49 on your secondary with 60% trained on the first (plus breakthroughs) and 95% trained on the secondary. Another multi-train session will roll it over on the secondary.

From then on, keep your primary on the regimen until the beginning of the 3rd season (will reach 104 natural) or the middle of the 4th season (will reach 105 natural). Remember to pay attention to the important tricks (next post). Swap the free and another one (yes, it is worth the 24BT - and the attribute is usually the tertiary one) when you get to the spot where the ALGs will drop them where you want.

End result is 1510-1540 EL with 3 AEQ, keeping 104-105 natural on your primary, 95-100 (depending on your final attributes) on your secondary and 80-90 on your tertiary (again, depending on your final attributes). You can usually 4-way multi until your player is 200 days old, sometimes more if you get lucky with rolls. I've seen 220 be possible. Unfortunately, I was never that lucky.

170 speed or GTFO.

Kidding.

Just keep doing what you're doing and listen to people.

170 is actually a really good speed... for an offensive lineman.
