Did anyone actually file a support ticket? I have found that DD tends to be quick to respond if you send a support ticket for a problem this big and link it to the thread in which the issue is being discussed.

have sent 4 tickets plus individual PM to DD as a replay to when he chatted with me...does not help matters that he has been inactive for 2 days

Yep, WEEK 16 Blaze game is being played on Week 19 ...... 6 days late. Still no playoff games scheduled.
