I figured I would give GLB a go again, I know its not the same anymore, but I have missed it in a sick kinda way.

I still have a ton of flex points, enough to create and boost an entire team of my own players for their duration. So my question is, should I make them in casual or regular leagues? Which is more enjoyable to progress through to the top at this point in the game?

The answer depends mostly on if you're going to do all the coaching jobs (or, at least, OC or DC) or not. If you're doing absolutely everything, AND that's fine with you, then the question becomes how MUCH work do you want to do? Setting up everything for a regular team takes much more work than setting up everything for casual. Beyond that, everything else is the same. Dot building, Team finances, ect, ect, ect.
If you have people to do the Coaching work, then you would likely get a little more fun out of the Regular leagues than the Casual leagues. But both (leagues) are similarly active enough.
