I am a real live OC for a pro team here in the states, would like to see what the offensive playbook looks like here if anyone would be willing to show me?

make sure to use your scatbacks aka factorbacks, they will help you march down the field.
you're welcome mr. pro, that is free advice.
anyone else have advice for our pro?

Just like in RL, the FB often gets uncovered
Use custom DC spots to get your skill position players doing what they do best
~~~~~but have a counter to everything (in EVERY formation). for ex: If your sTE is only on the field for passes
~~~~~you just made passing that much more difficult. Scout yourself the way you would an opposing offense.
Agility is underrated. Quickness usually takes precedent over speed in close distance. Football is rarely a straight-up footrace
Try not to overuse plays- like RL, once they seen a play several times from a formation, they will look for it and react faster
Clone Tif da Cat if you can- she hates losing
all these except maybe the last one will be of benefit-
and for the last one, if you need a cat, you can sign one of her kittens
