OK, two basic questions.
First off, which seems like a better end build:

SPD: 142 (=58)
AGI: 100+ the quickVA for an extra ~4.5
VIS: 75
THR: 95
w/ 9 spin, 9 juke, 6 stiff arm, 8 pump fake and 8 Quick Cut comprising
AEq in break tackle%, fake%, pass quality% and 2 SAs

with-
STR: ~85
CAR: ~50

or-
STR: ~72
Car: ~72

now before you say, wtf does a runner have throwing and passs q% for, its a sQB. Let's leave aside that debate and focus on the issue at hand posted here under the assumption that denizens of this thread know more about outside running than agents of QBs typically will. Will she be better served with pretty good strength and lousy carry or being mediocre in both (note that strength will help her passing as well)? How important is carry for an outside runner?

It seems to me that mid 80's strength plus very high agi triggering juke and spin will make for a nice outside runner, but will she fumble a lot? If so, will switching one of the AEq for a not fumble% piece be worthwhile or necessary? I just don't know what i need in the end build to avoid constant fumbles, i guess an occasional one happens to every one- but don't want to be a constant fumbler! Thanks

Str-50
Car-85

Consider this; Carry helps break tackles as well as avoid fumbles more so than Strength.

Break Tackle - is primarily geared toward offensive ball carriers to help them break tackles. This is more effective with shorter players and those with higher strength. Break Tackle can also work for rushing QBs.

According to what is KNOWN, not made up by people, strength is top variable for tackle break, vision and agility for fakes, spin is manly agility. I don't see carrying coming into effect on most of these rolls, again, according to the OFFICIAL statements.
