Usually they come in right away after it's been requested, even during the signing freeze (you just can't select them during that time frame). But I'm looking at requests that are well over 12 hours old now and no offers

Same here....i messaged support about it yesterday but i'm not expecting an answer or resolution for several days, probably weeks

I had a player get an unsolicited CPU offer this morning in my messages. Never had that happen before.
