The expectation of keeping the game in Beta so long while accepting all that cash and then taking the game "live" and then giving up is laughable. In the meantime creating another football game to compete with the current game and other games where you encourage your members to go play there. All the while zero outside marketing. I am not willing to invest my time or money into a different game here based on what has happened with GLB. It is obvious, they are doing the most basic functions to keep what little money flow they can. It's basically a passive income. The crazy thing is that it could have been so much better. It still could be, but it won't.
Part of the problem is making it take so much time to do what you want in this game. For what? Why isn't there some kind of flex rewards for winning? A trophy? Reward points were so we couldn't recycle flex. A free player still costs to add CE. Prices havne't even fallen. As a person with a marketing background, there is so much fail here, but I digress.
I am basically here because of the people here. Boozer, and a handful of the 100+ people I came with here initially, is still with me. He has no time anymore. My offense I put in last year was still basically his and I don't have the time with rl let alone all the other stuff I have to do in GLB. At some point, something has to give.
