Yes, but their avg. is skewed to say the least. I am tired of their being excuses for what they do. Their are still people who still put money into this game so they should care. If they don't, just shut it down & refund their money. I am a person who pulls no punches and what they are doing is hoping people buy more flex, but doing nothing in return. That is not only bad customer service, but is very bad business practice. When a company says they are going to provide a service & they don't provide such a service for a paying customer the better business bureau as well as many other people will be interested in their not providing any customer support.
I mean to be fair to them....they did say they were done with changes...if you bought flex AFTER that point then it's on you....if you bought before I'm sure you've done enough retirements to get your monies worth.
It is frustrating some of the bugs for sure and sure it would be nice if they cared more but they've made no bones about it...they are done...like done.....
